Nothing. The referral is free. A contractor's price, if you hire one, is between you and that contractor. Consent to be contacted is not a condition of any purchase.
What should I include in the project details?
Say what you want dug or cleared, the rough size, whether a machine can reach the spot from the driveway, and whether soil can stay on the property. A ZIP code or city is enough for location. You do not need a survey to ask for quotes.
How much does excavation cost?
